Return Policy-Apparel
It happens to the best of us. You make a purchase, excited and eager, only to find out that it's not exactly what you had imagined. But don't worry! We're here to help. We have steps in place to ensure your online shopping experience remains a positive one.
- All returns should be initiated within seven days of receipt for a credit to the original payment form. Returns after that period will be issued an in-store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.
- Clearance Items Return Policy-Items ending in .79 are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Complete the online return form.

- Once returned, we do a thorough check of all items within 2 business days. They must be in new or unused condition, with all original inserts and accessories. You wouldn't want a worn-out shirt, neither would anyone else!
- Appropriate credit will be issued to your account based on your type of return or exchange.

Our diligent team is always ready to swoop in and save the day. Ordered the wrong size? Just like your off-road adventures, there's no mountain too high for us to climb. We'll swap it for the perfect fit, no questions asked. Complete the online return form.
You will need to cover the shipping costs, but we'll take care of the rest (exceptions with changes to price points). To avoid a return trip, make sure to check our size charts before hitting that tempting 'buy now' button.
