Returns/Refund Information

Return Policy

At Goats Trail, we want you to love your purchase. Here's how we make returns easy:

Wrong Size? No problem! Exchange for the right size by covering shipping costs. We'll handle everything else.
Not Satisfied? Initiate a return within 14 days for a refund to your original payment method. After 14 days, you can still receive in-store credit. Note, we can't accept returns beyond 30 days.
Received a Defective or Wrong Item? Contact us immediately. We’ll refund both the merchandise and shipping costs if the mistake was ours.
