Shipping

Is shipping free? Standard shipping is free on orders of $69 or more to the contiguous U.S. Oversized items that travel by LTL freight aren't included; freight cost appears in your cart at checkout.

How soon does my order ship? In-stock items leave our warehouse within 3 business days, and a tracking number follows by email. Made-to-order items and products from partner vendors need extra time.

Can I get it faster?
Choose expedited processing at checkout, and we’ll move your order to the front of the line. It’s packed and shipped in 1 business day instead of 3. Once it leaves us, carrier transit time is the same as standard shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have? Thirty days from delivery. Send it back within the first 14 for a refund; days 15–30 get store credit. Holiday deliveries get extra time.

Can I swap sizes? Yes. You cover postage back to us and we ship the new size free.

Anything I can't send back? $.79 clearance prices, custom tire covers and grille inserts, gift cards, and gear that's been used.

What if it arrived damaged or wrong? Email us with a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right at our cost.
