We can't guarantee delivery once a package is with the carrier, even with expedited or overnight shipping. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control.
Holiday Returns
Gifts get extra time. Anything delivered November 15 through December 24 can be returned for a refund until January 9, or for store credit until January 25.
Gift recipients can return with the order number from the packing slip, and the store credit goes to them. Clearance ($.79) and custom items remain final sale. See the full Return & Refund Policy.
