Introducing our TRUE hybrid front bumper for the (2016-2023) 3rd gen Toyota Tacoma. Our version of a Hybrid Bumper incorporates Steel AND Aluminum, not just one or the other.

The Hi-Lite gets its name from its aggressive, high-clearance design and its ultra lightweight overall construction. This bumper features a full 30lb aluminum shell and a 54lb steel winch cradle for a total weight of only 84lbs. We've specially designed this bumper to give you strength where you need it most while saving weight and eliminating rust everywhere else.

Balancing Strength & Weight Savings

Typical aftermarket bumpers are either made from steel or aluminum. Each material has its pros and cons. All steel bumpers are strong but heavy and prone to rust. All aluminum bumpers are lightweight, resist corrosion, and are expensive and not as strong as steel. The answer is our hybrid design that combines the best of both materials to give you a strong, lightweight bumper that looks amazing and performs even better.

***Most winches WILL fit this bumper with no issues, however if your winch height exceeds 10.1", you may have to relocate your solenoid OR slightly modify the crossmember. Specifically, on WARN ZEON winches, they are 10.5" tall and require relocation/modification.***

In most cases, we batch build our products simply because we're set up that way. As a result, it's very difficult to provide an accurate lead time down to the week.

We cannot and do not build singular product SKU's at a time. If it's not in stock, it will get queued into the next batch build, which usually resets roughly every 30 days.
